Im doing a marketing research project for a large uk company.I need to know what are the preferred things to know about a business before dealing with them?
For example,
Location
About the company
Contact Info
etc.etc Anything you can think of that would be useful to know would be great.

Reputation, perceived size (which can equate to quality, value and reliability). Location if the transaction may involve having to physically be there or have deliveries from that particular location. I always look at a website for more info about a company and its products/services.....
