We live in a society full of exhibitionist and wannabes. SUVs are only one of many vane attempts that normal people use in order to be "special". However, it is entertaining to see a soccer mom driving solo in her SUV, talking on her cell phone, while attempting to apply eye liner in bumper to bumper traffic at 70 mph. Darwinism at its finest.

Reply:Well, if a sedan could carry both kids, the dog, the saddles, and the cooler AND have room to change clothes AND tow the horse trailer...then I would definately get one.

Reply:Most SUV and PU drivers are arrogant and rude drivers. They usually are the tailgater trying to intimidate other drivers, like they are going to push them down the road if you don't move over.
I love the sunroof on my MINI Cooper, lots of loose change has bounced off a tailgating Suv's windshield. Doesn't matter if you are doing 85 or 120mph, there is still a jerk on your butt.
