No legal issues, but a lot of other ones. Market Research by its very nature must be controlled by age/geographic region,etc. You have no way to do this here. The "man" you got an answer from may be a 13 year old boy or girl for that matter. A person who says they are from Texas in the US could actually be from Alaska. It simply won't work. Don't waste your time...
